  • Non-Returnable Items:

  • Step 3: Pack and Ship the Return
    Carefully pack the item(s) you are returning in their original packaging, along with all accessories, manuals, and any other items that came with the product. Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package.

    Please ship the return to the address provided in the return instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.


3. Return Shipping Costs
